So after some research we decided to book the Camille
I am a fisherman so I will give readers a honest review.
First of all, the crew.

Worked their butts off to get us to the fish we wanted

Constantly also trying to make us comfortable and offering drinks.  Plenty water coronas but if you want real soda bring some Cokes.
We caught 1 barracuda 2 sailfish and 1 tuna and honestly couldn’t have been much better.  We had 5 poles out most of the day.
2 chairs for anglers one needed a shim and wobbled a lot and 1 reel was loose on the pole but they took care
Of it quickly, just being picky as I could find nothing else
wrong.  If you want a fantastic day and the
Possibility of catching the big one.  Book this crew and boat.  If I get back to Cancun I will definitely book the Camille, Capt Randolfo and crew again!!!!

The captain and Ibum made our experience outstanding!  I had my parents and kids with me and they weren’t super up for going way offshore so we asked to stay more local around Isla Mujeres. We caught Baracuda & Tuna almost immediately. The family wanted to go do some swimming so we really only fished about 3 hours before going to anchor near the beach. The captain grilled the baracuda and some of the tuna while Ibum made ceviche that was amazing out of the tuna. It was way more fish than 6 of us could eat, and it was all excellent!  They were very attentive to us at all times and did a really great job. I absolutely recommend these guys!!  FYI - the captain did tell us the fishing would be even better offshore, we decided not to do that (despite better fishing) because we wanted to focus on fun for the whole crew. Keep that in mind when talking to the captain about what you want to do. Isla Mujeres had a beautiful beach that was very cool to anchor at and swim.  Also, the snorkeling gear they had was not the best. If you really want to snorkel, bring your own gear. It’s a fishing boat though - so this was not a big surprise or a big deal to us at all. Ask for Capt Jorge & Ibum!  They are fantastic and you will have a great trip!!

Went out for a half day trip with Capt Rodolfo, Juan and Cesar, such an amazing crew and boat! I had the best time ever for my 30th birthday trip. Cesar and Juan were both extremely helpful and accommodating while Capt Rodolfo put us on live bait right away and quickly got us to a great location where we caught Amberjack (for the best ceviche ever), and then caught Bonito, Barracuda and hooked up on a big Yellow-Fin Tuna! Enjoyed the trip beginning to end!!

The crew was great. We were worried about sea sickness given our history and fact that boys had never experienced this kind of fishing. Crew knew fishing would be better farther out but let us try nearer to shore initially. Slowly moved out deeper and kids had no issues and … we got on fish! This shows me that the crew (1) respected what we wanted out of the experience and (2) knew where and how to fish the area. Very satisfied.

what a fun time i had with my teen boys- the captain and crew were very friendly and responsive to all our needs and desires.  they helped us catch the big fish we were looking for (including a 49” barracuda for the wall). When we felt queasy towards the end they took us to the shore of Isla Mujeres for a nice cool swim and then gave us fresh ceviche to eat on the prow during the cruise back to Cancun. Highly recommend! Note- when you arrive at Las Perlas marina, you walk around back of the hotel to the small beach.  Chartiers operation runs out of the dock on the left as you face the sea.
