The captain and his first mate were very nice and we felt safe, but this trip isn’t one we would repeat. After booking, the communication wasn’t good. We didn’t know where to meet until we had already booked our own cab from the port after our ship docked - the captain didn’t send me a message about where to meet him or that he was sending us someone to pick us up until about 10-15 minutes before we were supposed to meet him (and we were already on the road to just a spot on the beach... Thank you for leaving me your comments, it helps us improve daily! and improve our fishing trip, it was 3 hours of fishing and usually the clients always tell us what type of fishing to do, to bring the appropriate one, but we did our best to assure them of the catches they had! The catch has an extra cost to cook it, but if you order extra food or fish at the restaurant that is not your catch, it has extra costs! and on the page it explains it! We were a family of 5, with 3 teenage boys. It was listed as an entertaining boat ride combined with fishing. Neither of our crew members spoke any English and never spoke to any of us. Not one word. One guy did work really hard on the back to try to entice a fish. After about 2 hours without even a bite, we went back to shore at our request. We have been on fishing trips before and understand that fish aren’t guaranteed but this trip was miserable.
