We took our 4 boys (ages 11, 9, 5, and 3) on this trip and they had a blast! Captain Matt was very patient with them and kept them entertained. Our first day got rained out but he was very accommodating with a rain date. We stayed inshore and caught some croaker, pinfish, and a stingray. Definitely recommend!

Our family had a wonderful day with Captain Ches and Mate Hunter. We spent the first part of the morning catching Spanish Mackerel and blues since the bite was on. Then we went out to the wrecks and fished for trigger fish and sea bass. As you can see they definitely put us on the fish! My sons and I went out for a 3/4 trip and it was everything I wanted. The Capt is such a great guy, easy to talk to and just plain charming southern hospitality. Hunter, #1 mate, is top notch, and knows his sh!t….they made the trip feel like your with family. We have chartered boats all ove the country for many years.  The “Salt Grit” is by far the best boat of them all. The crew was respectful, helpful and treated us like we had been friends forever!  The fishing was was great and they took care of any needs we might have. The boat was clean and comfortable. You can always tell what kind of crew you have by the way they keep their boat and equipment!!!
