You booked a 3 hour evening shark and tarpon trip. We are an extremely long standing and reputable business and worked hard the entire trip, as we always do. We were also extremely friendly and courteous to your family from the first moment we met until we said goodbye. My responses were nothing like you stated and were actually much more elaborate, even explaining spawning patterns and migration patterns of various species. This is not an offshore trip. All fish are released on these trips. We do not keep sharks or tarpon. We also do not have the time to make extensive travels on these trips or incur overhead like we do on the other trips that we offer. It is unfortunate that fishing was not good for you guys. I was nothing but accommodating and nice to your family and especially your son who is just developing a passion for fishing and will learn that fishing is not always phenomenal. Hopefully he still sticks with it and sees how amazing it can be on many days. It is still hard for me to believe that because fishing was slow for you that you would actually rate our crew and business like this. Better luck on your next adventure.
