Wesley to be honest, reading this review really bothers me. I try and work extremely hard every single day to put my customers on fish and give them a good experience (hence my record of good reviews). My day starts at 4:30AM catching bait for your 7AM trip. Some days are better than others. Yes, your trip was a little slow along with all the other charter guides that day. It’s fishing. I went to MANY different spots that usually hold fish and they just weren’t biting super well for us on the 4 hours of the day that your trip was scheduled. We caught fish we just didn’t catch a lot of keepers. We did catch one really nice flounder and some mangrove snapper that I cleaned for you. I can’t control the fact that it was a slow day fishing. I did my very best and that’s all I can do. Every day is different. I don’t really know what you mean by “I could have done a better job putting y’all on fish”. I thought it was pretty obvious I fished many many different spots trying to give y’all the best trip I could. You said I was very friendly and my boat was nice so I’m not sure why your review didn’t reflect that. I did everything I could do to give y’all the best trip possible. Just because the fish didn’t bite as well as you had hoped, a review that low discourages future clients from fishing with me and that’s really unfortunate.
