My husband and I used Capt. Eli at Rippin’ Gills and we had a BLAST! I booked an afternoon trip due to the cooler weather in November and I worried that the fish would not be biting as well then, but Capt. Eli knew where the fish were and we caught our limit in less than 2 hrs. and continued to fish (catch & release) afterwards.  Capt. Eli also took the time to explain fishing techniques.  I will definitely use him again.

We had an excellent time!! An 8 year old fisherman and a four year old princess both has fun. My daughter didn’t care one bit about fishing, and Elijah managed to entertain her! They sang Moana, songs from Frozen, and she loved to sit up there with him when changing locations. My son was happy the whole time and caught several fish throughout the morning (though none big enough to save). Great time, greater captain.

It was an amazing trip. Captain Eli was professional every step of the way. He was instructive, informative and very patient with us. We would have limited out on reds by 9am if we hadn’t lost a couple due to our inexperience. He was very supportive and took us different spots until we got our limit. I am already looking at my schedule to plan another trip with him.

We had a simple request, put us on some fish and Captain “Eli” the pro that he is, did exactly that. From start to finish, we were catching!! He is very knowledgeable and taught us valuable lessons for continued success on the water. We are looking forward to coming back! Captain “Eli” is very personable and we will have memories for a lifetime. Thank you!!!

Capt. Eli is patient with kids and that made this boys trip for some preteens really special. He got us on fish and answered all the kid’s questions. We’ll book again.
