I took my 7 year old son fishing with Captain Bojan and had an incredible experience. I’ve been teaching my son to fish for a while now with no luck, and decided it was time to get some professional assistance😆 My son caught his first fish within minutes of dropping his line, and rounded out his day with a barracuda. Everything about the trip was perfect. The boat is lovely and comfortable, the fishing gear was top quality, and Captain Bojan is a gem of a human being. He was not just tolerant and patient with my son - he was genuinely enthusiastic about spending time with us and seeing my son’s excitement at his first fish and the many subsequent fish. My 5-year-old son and I had an unforgettable day with Captain Bojan!

From the moment we stepped on board, the Captain was fully dedicated to giving us the best experience possible. He worked hard to put us on fish and made sure my little boy had the kind of fishing adventure he’ll be talking about for years. We wrapped up the day with over 20 fish in the tank — and at one point, my son even landed four fish in a single go!

The highlight of our day was a stunning leerfish we caught on the way back, which later became a delicious lunch for the whole family.

What stood out most about Captain Bojan was not just his expertise, but his calm, easygoing nature. He was patient, great with kids, and clearly passionate about what he does.

We felt welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely lucky to have found him. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Bojan goes above and beyond to give you a great fishing experience. He knows the fishing waters well as well the fish and fishing techniques. we did catch a lot of maki maki trawling. to top it off, Bojan spotted something on the line of a commercial local fisherman. We stayed for the experience and they caught a treasureshark on the line. impressive to witness the knowledge and skills. Thank you captain Bojan 👍

SoMax Fishing with Captain Bojan was a great experience. The boat was well equipped and the weather was perfect. Captain Bojan was very pleasant, focused on making everyone feel comfortable, and created a friendly atmosphere. We caught one Mahi Mahi, two Sea Donkeys, and one Macrou. The three hours went by quickly, and next time I would book for at least four or five hours. I definitely recommend SoMax Fishing and Captain Bojan.

What a great experience with Captain Bojan and his brother on their boat. The boat was very well equipped with tackle and snacks/drinks included for kids/adults. We had two adults and two 11 year olds, mostly new to fishing. Everyone caught, with a few keepers to cook up. A brilliant experience for all. We’d highly recommend booking with Captain Bojan.
