Capt. Tom was born in Aruba and has almost been on the water ever since. At the age of 13, Tom started working on (charter) boats and realized he loved what he was doing. In 2004 he decided to get an education and returned 10 years later. Since then, he has been back to doing what he loves - fishing, boating, and being on the water. Finally, in 2022 he was able to open his own charter company - High Times Charters.

i love catching big fish; rod or handline! Basically any technique as long as we get the fish in the boat :)
