My son and I are very avid freshwater fishermen. This was our first experience salt water fishing I cannot say enough good things about Derrick and his crew at Get after it. They were very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and went above and beyond to keep us into fish. I highly recommend them to anyone.

My 10 year old son and I originally booked for an AM half day requesting to target redfish/trout and on Derek’s recommendation we switched to PM, he was spot on.  We worked a few different areas and by the end of the trip landed at least a dozen reds, 5 snook, and a few sea trout.  We had a great afternoon fishing with Derek, he’s a great captain, and we’d definitely fish with him again.

we caught a shark, a catfish and multiple trout. captain derek was fun and knowledgeable. he even helped me cast my line. we cooked our trout and it was unbelievably yummy. we will visit captain derek our next visit.

Derek and his deckhand, Beckett, were both friendly and professional. They helped us with every step of the process, including rescheduling our trip when I accidentally booked during afternoon storm season. Communication was easy, the location was convenient, and we caught enough fish to keep two teenage boys entertained. Thank you for a great day!

The Captain and first mate were awesome they put me on the fish. It took a few minutes but before long we had tight line. Caught my first Red fish and personal best speckled trout. I also caught three shark and many more trout. What a great time would recommend and will with out any doubt look up Captain Derek next time I am in the area. Thanks
