My husband and I took an inshore fishing trip with Tuna Hunter and had a blast!  Easily caught a dozen Striped Bass, too many I lost count!  Captain Gary and First Mate Ben we’re great!  Very knowledgeable and we learned a lot about techniques and marine life/wildlife during our trip.  They were right there for us the entire time.  Couldn’t have had a better trip!  Thank you guys so much for the fantastic day!  Highly recommend :-)

Our trip with Captain Gary on the Tuna Hunter was the best fishing trip I’ve ever been on. He and his mate were truly awesome. We caught Mackerel for bait on the way out which was a ton of fun on its own but also caught Haddock, Pollock, and Cod throughout the day. Superb table fair we enjoyed for dinner at the hotel restaurant. Once off shore we caught four huge blue sharks from eight to ten feet in length and 125 to close to 300 pounds and hooked up with two others! Then as if all that wasn’t enough I then caught my dream of a lifetime a seven foot 150 pound Mako! Unbelievable day. Then just before heading in we had another huge bite and hooked up with the ultimate powerhouse, a giant Bluefin Tuna. After a long and grueling fight from all on board, we tagged and released the Bluefin which was over 800 pounds. This was truly an epic trip with a truly epic charter captain and crew.
