Robert, I am sorry that the trip did not meet your expectations.  Unfortunately, I am not able to control fishing conditions, which I admit were tough during out trip.  The bottom line is we were able to put fish in the boat.  We typically fish for catfish, and it seems as though they are currently spawning, which means that they will be difficult to catch for the next few weeks.  We had our first fish on well before the stated 5 hours and had numerous bites before that.  We switched over to fish for white bass and hybrids halfway through the trip to find something that was working.  I do not advertise having “Livescope” and if that is something that you require for a guided fishing trip, I wish you had asked me in advance.  I can assure you that my electronics are more than sufficient to locate fish. That doesn’t always mean that the fish that I find are biting.  I do not personally think that you will find another guide on the lake that is charging a lower price and offering the ammeninities that you and your guest took advantage of. To my knowledge, we are the only guided trip on the lake to offer an air conditionitioned cabin, restroom, and sleeping bunk.  Quite frankly, I am astounded by the rating that you gave on the fishing trip as I thought as I was totally unaware that you were not happy at all with the trip. If I had known that at any point, I would have just given you the option to return to the dock no charge.
