North Texas Fishing Guides is located in Little Elm and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.
Come on aboard with Capt. Jason, whose main priority is to get you on some fish. Expect to use techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, jigging, and spinning, based on the species you’re targeting. Speaking of which, you have the option of 4 to 10-hour trips, where you’ll be fishing for the likes of Bass and Catfish, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather.
You’ll be fishing from a 24’ Bayliner boat with enough room for up to 6 anglers at any single time. It also includes a toilet, an AC, and an ice box.
The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water. Fishing licenses aren’t included, so make sure to get them prior to the trip.
You’re welcome to keep all legal species caught during the trip.

Intro to Fishing Trip - Morning on June 26, 2024
Amazing first time fishing experience! Captain Jason was very down to earth and very skilled at what he does (very). He made sure we got some good catch and gave us as much freedom as we want to bate, cast, and reel them in but ready to take over if we weren’t comfortable or ready. My favorite part was that I was able to geek out and ask all the questions that came to mind and he went in depth to explain. It was a peaceful trip that I really needed, thanks to Captain Jason. I definitely will bring my children and plan to have more fishing trips with him. He did a great job cleaning the fish also!! ~ Thanks again Jason!!

5 Hour Night Fish Trip on July 20, 2024
We caught a few huge catfish that’ll feed the family at the next fish fry. The biggest fish was 26” all of 14lbs maybe more. We measured it, didn’t weigh it. My next catch was about 22” over 9lbs easy. We had two more catches 17” 8lbs easy and a 9” regular size catfish. We didn’t catch 100 fish this time, but to be on the water was So Peaceful and Priceless. Beautiful Sunset!!! Captian filet the fish for us I was very happy with the fish we caught. Fish fry Friday I can’t wait!! Thanks Captain!!!

Half Day Trip - Morning on May 25, 2025
Jason was very knowledgeable and immediately took us to a spot where we started catching catfish on Lake Lewisville. He gives excellent service! We caught 31 keeper catfish (Channels & Blues) in 4 hours. I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking to catch some fish!

Intro to Fishing Trip - Afternoon on May 10, 2025
I would definitely recommend going out with Captain Jason. Already planning a longer trip at a different time this year. We had some elements against us it was very windy and water was choppy, but we did still catch a few fish. The captain is very down to earth and he does interact with you while you are on the trip. Thanks Captain we enjoyed ourselves. See you next time.

Half Day Trip - Morning on July 17, 2024
I booked a half day morning trip with Captain Jason for my son and I and everything exceeded our expectations! We had fun, caught fish, and enjoyed our time with Jason. He’s very patient (line tangles, lots of questions, pictures) and very engaged with our experience. We definitely recommend and be back once the bass start biting. Our son cooked his catch for dinner the same night which extended our fun experience. Thanks, Captain Jason. We will see you again!
