Paul was very accommodating of our last minute trip. He was very friendly and helpful, he got us all involved with our youngest (14) steering whilst he got the rods out and fishing. The boat was a great size for our family of 4 but could have easily taken another 2. Highly recommend using Paul and will certainly be doing so when we come back next year!

Great day trolling with Captain Paul. Brought the entire family. Kids piloted the boat as he rigged the lines and rode on the bow on the long ride to and from the fishing grounds. Ice cold drinks and snacks provided. Shady awning was a welcomed relief from the blistering sun. Paul’s knowledge of the local waters and the rich history of the area made the day complete!

Boat seems well maintained with good kit, 1 x 7kg Tuna in a location the captain thought would be productive, very nice sunset, 0.0 beer provided on request was appreciated. For us, the sea was the wrong side of marginal for a comfortable trip on that size of boat and should really have been postponed until better weather. A safety briefing would have been good and the captain smoked a lot .

It was a pleasure to be able to find the correct location for you to catch your Tuna. Unfortunately the state of the sea is not always as forecast. The forecast was for 0.3 metre swells when in reality it was more like 0.6/0.7 metres. I can’t believe I forgot my usual safety briefing and apologise for this. So sorry you won’t be coming back for another Tuna.
