John sorry you were disappointed I talked with Capt. Trent he said that bait was not delivered to the marina which unfortunately during busy spring break sometimes that happens - every guide at the dock has to deal with it.  He said he was one of the first to get live bait with the cast net, and had to wait for another guide for catching mullet as there is some courtesy involved in those situations.  But getting bait is part of fishing he said it took some extra time but not half of your trip, and he stayed a little extra on the back end to catch you all some snappers.  As for the reels not working he said one reel one of the bail trips didn’t work which he apologized for and will get fixed.  I know that can be annoying when you are use to reeling the bail closed though closing it by hand works just as well (actually most captains teach their mates here to always close the bail by hand because they break so often).  Again sorry your experience was so-so, hopefully you’ll give Capt. Trent another chance in the future and thanks for saying he worked hard.
