Captain DJ and Will were very experienced. We started our nearshore trip with some trawling. When that wasn’t working, the captain adapted quickly and took us out a couple miles to fish some wrecks. The sea bass started pouring into the boat, sometimes two on one line!  All told, we came home with seven keepers plus one Spanish mackerel. They helped us throughout with lots of bait, lure options, and advice. We take a fishing trip every summer and this is the first one we came home from with dinner. Thank you, Capt DJ and Will.

We had a great time with Captain DJ and Will. We booked for Tuesday and I let DJ know we were going to be there all week, a bad storm was coming in and the water & wind was really bad for boating and fishing so we rescheduled for Friday. This is why you book early. The captain took our safety as a higher priority than making $$ and a miserable day on the water.They did everything to make us comfortable and we had a great time trolling and caught more than what we could eat for dinner. We had a great time and even if we got skunked I would book again with these guys. They did a great job getting us in and out with all the traffic of the Blue Marlin Tournament and got us on the fish. I really can’t say enough good things about Will and Captain DJ. Thank you both for a wonderful time on the water and we will see you again next year.
