I’m not sure how anyone could leave less than a five star review - seriously. This was the perfect trip beginning to end. I HIGHLY recommend. Sonny got us on fish, kept us on fish. Any review less than 5 stars on here, I’d wager was more on the client than the captain. Don’t look anywhere else- just book here. I’ll be back. Often.

Captain Sonny was awesome and we had a blast!!  Our 8 y/o had never been fishing before and Sonny had him catching fish all day.  From getting bait fish all the way to cleaning and filleting, Sonny patiently instructed our son and made sure we all had a great time.  After countless Spanish Mackerel catches, he got us on a sweet spot for some Cobia fishing before coming in! Awesome day and couldn’t recommend Salinity Matters more highly - we plan to book him again!!

I had never used a charter before. Captain Sonny made the experience a never forget day. He put us in spots to be successful as well as avoided bad weather conditions. At one point it felt like we were catching fish every cast. Then when it was over he cleaned and filleted the fish for us.

Captain Sonny was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with us (we had four newbies). We had a wonderful time and didn’t have to stress over anything - all we had to do was show up and he took care of everything else! We had so much fun and will absolutely be booking with him again soon!

This was the best fishing charter we have ever been on.  Sonny was great.  We are new to the inshore fishing.  He took time to answer every question and give tips on how to catch more fish even if not in a boat.  He took the time to take us to Ship Island.  Absolutely awesome!  Could not ask for a better trip.  At the end took time to clean fish and give great pointers in cooking them.  The Spanish Mackerel was delicious tonight!
