Fishing is Hot despite the cold weather in Galveston. We have been catching great number of trout with good numbers of Redfish mixed in there as well. We are using plastics along with live shrimp under popping corks. I expect to fishing to remain steady through the rest of the winter so let's do some fishing.

Fishing in July and August shot off like a bullet in Galveston Bay. The trout fishing has been great using live croaker for bait and live shrimp. The reds have also been cooperating with us also eating croaker and shrimp. We have been fishing deeper water due to the high temperatures this time of year. Fishing should remain hot into September.

The fishing is finally getting to the summer pattern and the fish are moving to all the normal places for this time a year. The speckled trout are just about eating anything you put in front of them. The best bait still seems to be live shrimp under a popping cork. We have been catching pretty solid boxes of fish when the wind allows to fish the open bay. Fishing is getting hot and will continue to only get better as the summer comes along. Look forward to seeing you on the water.

Fishing in Galveston Bay has remained great with the warm winter we encountered this year. Speckled trout and redfish are making their move from thier winter homes to their spring home right now. I am still catching them on live shrimp, but the lure bite has also picked up this month. The jetties are also starting to go off as the bull reds, big drum, ans sheephead have started to show up on the rocks. We have had some good days out there as long as the wind cooperates. Live shrimp and cracked crab have been the bait of choice. I look foward to taking you in your next fishing trip.

Fishing in february in the Galveston Bay complex has been spectacular. We are catching quality and quantity fish. Soecks and reds have been on a tear with the warmer temps. They are eating live shrimp under popping corks. We have also been catching sheephead and black drum with the specks and reds. Fishing in about 5 to 6 feet of water has been the ticket. Fishing on the Galveston Bay Complex has stayed strong all summer between rain and wind. This week Speckled trout fishing has been outstanding along with Redfish action. The fish are in a transition mode now and are moving from Croaker to Live Shrimp and popping corks. One day shrimp is better and next day croaker is better so I been armed with both of them. Lots of fish and happy customers should continue through September and then October and November arrive and that is some of the best fishing we have on the bay. Cooler temps and very aggressive trout, reds and flounder.
