Captain Nick was great! We had a couple friends in town that joined us on the 3 hour AM fishing excursion. We were looking for a quick trip out on the water and some lively fishing for us and our kids. Within 30 minutes of leaving the dock, the sea trout were biting. Captain Nick made the fishing trips (we went out twice) fun, exciting, and a learning experience as well. He is very knowledgable about fishing, boating, and all things marine, and he does not get tired of answering questions. We caught SHARKS! They’re in the freezer. Puts a whole different meaning on the term Shark Bites, doesn’t it? Bring sun block, polarized sun glasses, a hat with a brim, and think about wearing a light long sleeve shirt. We had a great time.  Nick knows what he is doing especially when you have a Tarpon on the line.  If you want to catch big fish and get them to the boat go with Grand Slam.  Thank you Nick!

We had a very productive day even though the fishing conditions were not that favorable due to winds. Our captain (Nick) who is a native of Florida was fantastic in every sense. I would say we were lucky we picked “Grand Slam” characters who put us on fish. We are all going to use Nick for our next charter very soon.

Nick worked hard the whole trip to put us on the fish. He was very accommodating to me and the trip I wanted. We started the morning off fishing for tarpon. We immediately hooked up with 2 beautiful gag groupers and a stingray, but then nothing. After a while we headed out to sight fish snook and he hooked up with a real nice one but it shook the hook.
