Booked the trip for 7 the person in charge told us we would have to wait till 8:30 to go out because of the wind the day before i had my 75 year old parents with me i asked if it was going to be rough out he said no its going to be smooth total load of crap i still would have went out on my own and left my poor mother on shore but he out right lied to me so we went out my mother was sea sick in no time and we had to turn around it was crazy dangerous out we where being tossed around bad i have been deep sea fish lots and we had no business being out there 6 hour trip done in 2 with no apologies or rebooking offer dont wasn’t your time or money

1.  The shuttles are always early…... but by his own time stamps arrived late and there was still paperwork to fill out.
2.  My wife did use the bathroom before we left.  However,  that was because the guy on the dock told my wife the bathroom on the boat was very small and hard to use once out on the ocean.  So of course she was going to use it because she had not seen the bathroom. 
3.  Notice in captain’s response there was nothing to debate the fact that lines went in the water at 9am and out of the water at 1220pm (I have photographic evidence of this and this is why no response on this part of the compliant)3 hours and 20 minutes of fishing on a 6 hour tour. 
4.  Guy on the dock when we got back said it is always at least and hour out and hour back.  So if you book 4 hour trip plan on less than 2 hours of fishing for over $500.
5.  I would have thought the captain would have simply said “sorry for the bad experience.  How can I make it up to you?” Instead through admission or ommision in his reply basically confirmed everything I said on the original review.

First and most importantly no fish.  Now I understand fishing does not always result in fish, but this was not a good experience.  We were picked up on time at 630am and our departure time was 700am. Then the shuttle picked up another group.  No issues.  Then the shuttle driver asked if we want to stop for breakfast and the other group did.  Then the shuttle driver stopped again and told us to buy beer for trip if we wanted.  We finally got to the boats at about 715.  We then had to do paperwork and pay the bill.  They then informed us some beer and water was included and we could buy more right there on the dock.  So not sure why the second shuttle stop for beer.  We finally departed at 730am.  At this point I assumed we would just stay out until 130 because we paid for 6 hours.  So we start driving out and at 830 we had no lines in the water yet so I started making small talk with captain.  Asking how deep it was and what type of fish we would be fishing for.  He said we sometimes can fish where we were but we had to keep going out until we see clean water.  Ok I assume they know what they are doing.  At 9am they finally started putting lines in the water even though the water had not changed.  They put 6 lines in (all surface bait 25-35 yards behind boat) and we sat in cabin and captain and first mate went into the tower.  Boat was as advertised so we were comfortable and that’s a good thing because there was nothing else to do.  First mate came down 5 times.  Twice to change lures with same lure but different color than what had on.  Once to untangle two lines that caught each other and they didn’t notice for 20 minutes.  The 4th time he came down he told us they had a marlin on but he got away and we had no idea this was going on.  Then he came down at 1220pm and told us “sorry guys marlin not hungry today we have to go back.”  We fished the same way with same lures for 3 hours and 20 minutes.  Every other charter I have ever booked changes the type of fishing when you are not catching.  I questioned the mate about this being 6 hour trip and he said I would have to talk to the guy at the dock.  When we got back just before 1pm the guy at the dock met me and said he had a picture of my booking showing 6 hours.  I told him I wasn’t denying I booked a 6 hour trip.  I was concerned that we left 30 minutes late and we only fished for 3 hours and 20 minutes.  I told him I understand some time is getting out and back but I thought this was short considering we started late.  When I asked him how much actual finishing there would be on 4 hour charter he just shrugged his shoulders.  He said he wasn’t there in the morning and the captain said we left on time and lines were in at 8am.  I said no way.  I have pictures with times stamps of everything including where we didn’t even clear the marina barrier until after 8am.  My email is **hidden content**.com.  I share my email because I am confident the company will reply to this trying to say I don’t have the Times right.  One positive was we saw a whale.  Unfortunately I could booked whale watching tour for a fourth of the price.  DO NOT BOOK!!  YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!
