If you haven't ever fished the open Pacific, adjust your expectations. Hunting pelagics is like looking for trees in the desert. You have to cover a lot of ground, and you still might not find them (speaking from significant experience working the waters of the Hawaiian Islands). Similarly, the reef is teeming with pretty little fish when you go snorkeling, but there is not a huge abundance of predators; that's why there are so many pretty little fish!

Don’t expect to fish something, it’s like going to the casino. Getting a fish is just gravy! But anyway, the trip on the ocean was absolutely fantastic!

Captain Franck will teach you at what ever level you are as a fisherman. I am a long time fisherman. He adjusted right to my level and fished with me not for me. He is a good captain.

Beautiful location and scenery. Fishing was great and educational. The lunch was one of the best attractions.

Since it’s the rainy season be cognizant of that fact it could rain and be prepared.
