It was a chilly day on the water, but my crew stuck it out with me. Once we located fish, it was game on and bent rods.

We had to search, but once we located the fish, it was easy limits. Gotta love fighting those reds.

We had fun chasing the black drum today. Decided to capitalize with a nice pic, including this beautiful sunset.

We had a great bite on artificial today. Most of the fish were caught during the minor on a little john.

The redfish are beginning to get into their fall pattern. The water is cooling down, and the redfish action is starting to heat up. The reds are eating mullet live and dead along with pin perch. The tide is high scattering the fish on the flats, but we still have a consistent bite.

The redfishing has been great the past couple of weeks. We have been catching them on cut and live mullet or piggy perch as well as artificial. All fish have been coming out of approximately 1' of water off of shell and in the flats.
