Captain Jose Morales and deckhand Pedro got some good action this morning for our guests today. At approximately 10 am and beautiful blue marlin was hooked using a lure. The fish hit the fluorescent lure so hard that it was immediately hooked, the fight was close to an hour long and needless to say our guests were extremely happy.

We went out with Captain Chavo and had a blast, we decided to go looking for tunas because the reports have been epic, most boats are returning with good sized tunas. We started off slow finding a couple of schools that had mostly dolphins and very little tuna and not eating. Finally we got to one that had tunas jumping and feeding like crazy. The captain killed the engine and allowed me to cast at the school, pretty epic hooking a tuna this way, I used a daiwa minnow, good times...we caught about 12...awesome time...

These 2 marlin were caught a while back on board of a super panga. It was a special trip because one of the boys in the photo is no longer with us, our good fried Cucho. I was a very special day where we spotted lots of marlin and where able to land these 2 beauties. Very skilled captain and deckhand, quick and very intuitive, they know their game better than anyone, we were out nearly 20 miles offshore.
