Good overall action on striped marlin and dorado, with fish of solid quality showing up. The water is sitting around 76°F, with a healthy presence of flying fish and squid holding the area together. Things really came alive from around 9 AM, once the ocean flattened out. From there on, trolling produced steady action, with both marlin and dorado responding well as conditions settled. A good sign of what’s building right now, with the right water and bait in place.

The marlin bite is starting to pick back up, and we’re seeing them in good numbers again. Mixed action offshore with dorado and some wahoo in the spread. Water temps holding between 72° and 75°F, and the conditions are lining up. It’s that time when things start to turn good signs out here.

The day kicked off with dorado on the first pull, tuna followed shortly after, and we wrapped it up the right way with a striped marlin. Steady action from start to finish and good movement offshore.

Started the day with tuna on deck, then finished strong releasing two striped marlin in the afternoon. Good mix of action and solid conditions offshore. That’s what a full day in Cabo can bring when you stay on the move and work the bite.

Fun half-day trip with steady roosterfish action. These fish fight hard and make for an exciting inshore experience. Lots of laughs, bent rods, and good energy on board!

It was a slower half-day overall, but we got the right opportunity and made it count with a striped marlin. Some days are about patience and timing today luck met preparation. That’s fishing.
