Book 2 trips per vacation. When fish have lock jaw one day it doesn't last for long . I have confidence in capt Andy and would not hesitate to fish with him again

I recommend for serious anglers to book 2 fishing trips per visit. My experience is at least one will be great. Please release fish to keep the sport healthy. Set realistic expectations and enjoy all sea life encounters. Fishing is not always about catching.

Remember what you are here to do, fish while having a great time with family and or friends. Its called fishing for a reason, else it would be called catching. Don't gripe about the sound of a diesel motor powering you along. Its the way it is for almost all boats out there. If that is an issue (as I have read in reviews) then perhaps you should go sailing. On a better note, bring sunscreen, hydration and food as you require as well as a positive attitude. It will be great.

$50 for cleaning fish
$40 for bait
$50-$100 for anything else that may pop up
Bring cold water and a snack in a small tote cooler.
Determine ahead of time if youre willing to taxidermy the fish bc you will have to decide on the spot. You can negotiate a bit. ($2k for a 150lb marlin, 1.3k for a 4ft mahi- they break it up into 2 payments). i recommend saving up a bit for this.
Bring lots of suncreen and have a good time!

we did gordo banks in san jose del cabo and caught a 127 lb tuna, but it was the only fish we caught on a 6 hour trip. and we did cabo the following day and hooked up with 4 marlins on an 8 hour day. not a place to catch all day, but a place to catch amazing species. brought bag lots of tuna

I would ask whether the fish bite more in the am than the pm. our pm all inclusive was slow biting but we still caught Marlin and Mahi Mahi.

We booked all inclusive they called us got our info and had the fishing license all printed and ready. Also got all the brand of beer and lunch was great. We hopped on board and we went straight out.

I would definitely recommend going in October and November when the water is warmer. you have a better chance of catching big marlin and sailfish.
