Yesterday splendid sunny day in Valnerina, clear water with many interesting spots in the Corno river. We walked a lot. Yesterday we mainly fished with sedge on a size 12 hook because the trout were not very active. However we had fun especially at the end of the evening around 6pm, at that time the red spinners came into the air. At that point the trout started eating continuously for about an hour, a real pleasure!!

If you come to Nera No kill you will also be able to see these wonders. Balza Tagliata is the old Spoleto Norcia pedestrian path from the Roman era. This wonder is hundreds of years old and you will be able to see it with me!!

Day with a lot of sun, but trout not very active at the moment but with a submerged fly I managed to arouse the curiosity of this beautiful trout. Beautiful emotion!!!

Today I dedicated myself to exploring my fishing spots in view of the new season. The trout are breeding as you can see from my video and the nymphs are also producing insects. Even the waters are in excellent health!

This morning I made a test with my new fly rod wychwood 9ft line 10 in the river Tevere. I just wanted to try because although we are in January there are 16 degrees and maybe this makes us understand that the climate has gone crazy ! Anyway this catfish found my streamer.

Today I went in the Tevere river and I take these two splendid barbs ! barbel fish is a real fighter ! I advise you to try it once, in spring even better.
