They will want you to go for marlin and wahoo because you just troll and chill

Fishing is slow this time of the year, understanding that and having realistic expectations, if you’re in Cabo it’s still worth getting out on the water! We saw fish all day, just took a while to hook up.

It was my first time and had a great experience with Daliken sportfishing. The people at marina said I had the biggest fish of the day. Good to hear especially when u had an awesome time already

Not sure if this is the best time for fishing but... always a great day. Bernado was the captain with his brother and they had enough English to have diacussions which was great.The boat owner was extremely quick to answer email discussions which was great. Happy to endorse this boat and crew.

My first time fishing out of Puerto Los Cabos in San Jose instead of San Lucas. I will continue booking here. No touristy crap, just fishing. Nobody trying to sell shit, just pay your fee, catch fish, have them filleted and go home. Everyone was nice and helpful! Loved it!

Fishing in San Jose late Feb and early March can be very tough due to water temps and wind - but with a good captain and a little luck you can still have a great day on the water.

If fishing for the first time, be sure to talk with the captain about what you want. Do you want to learn? Do you want to just sit there and have them hand you the pole? Do you want more action but smaller fish, smaller odds but bigger fish? If your captain knows what you want you'll be more likely to get it.
