Winter time open water shore fishing!!!

Although we cant take my boat out until the season starts 3/1/25, we’ve still been catching some great Trout in the Denver area!!! The daytime highs have been in the 50’s which is warm for us and the fish have been active! Weather will change i’m sure, so keep an eye on the forecast before booking. But for now, we are really enjoying a secon fall!!

Our lakes here in Denver closed to boating for the season but we are still on a good Trout bite from shore!!! Come get some fresh cool air, some exercize, and catch some Beautiful Rainbows!!!!

With water cooling down into the mid 60s we’ve definitely had a great week with some good fish showing up!!! Daytime temps have been in the 80’s as well!!!

The Trout fishing has taken over as the best bite going lately!!! Some great Rainbows up to 20” biting at nearby Chatfield Reservoir which is only 30 minutes from downtown Denver!!

We have had a great week on both Bass and Trout!!!! 20-40 fish days with fish up to 17”.

Fishing has been absolutely great lately!!! Yesterdays trip yielded 30 plus fish including a triple hook up!!!! Chatfield Reservoir near Denver.
