Fun day Sunday with Erick Carter and the fellas. Great triple tail bite with 2 slot reds, a few short snook and a few biggins that pulled the hook! Thank you for being open when the word isn’t my friends at Chokoloskee Island Park and Marina.

Got on a great bite yesterday with 4 triple tail bites with one hook pull and one huge one that broke off on the prop plus a slot snook.

Took Young Lord Brocklett out for a 2 day all expenses paid for fishing trip out in the Everglades National Park. Had 3 triple tail, the shortest at 17.5”, the biggest at 21”. 12 Snook the biggest at 35” the smallest at 20” with 3 in the slot. Plus only 1 Redfish a few trout, some sheepies and last but not least, black drum! Great job Kid!

We had a great day of dad and son fishing. Lots of action, caught a mixed bag of fish. Took home a few sea trout and sheepshead for dinner.

Key Largo is a phenomenon place to fish in late July. You have lobster mini-season, the inshore flats & mangroves, and deep sea. It is without a doubt my favorite place to saltwater fish.
