Be heat acclimated when you come. It’s hot and there are a lot of bugs. Plenty of hydration, sunscreen, protective clothing, bug spray needed…multiple application throughout the day.

Make sure to check tides and weather conditions. Two and a half hours going into high tide up to two and a half after is actually best. Cold fronts not so great.

Book A good Captain that knows the waters. We went in August and it was very hot. However, we are from Florida so we knew what to expect. If you are not used to the heat and humidity then you should pick a cooler time of year. If you can endure the heat August is the slow season and you won't have to fight the crowds.

Get ahold of Capt Armando he'll put you on the monsters Everytime I go fishing with Capt Armando is a hell of a fishing experience I've never come home empty handed and fresh fish is the best thank you sir for showing me a great experience
