We had to change to an inshore trip due to weather conditions, but I was really happy with the variety of fish we caught. The kids and I had an awesome time!

It was great! Hot, but great. Next time I make a reservation it wont be on a holiday weekend or a weekend in general lol. I only did this specific day because it was my husbands birthday.

We saw dolphins, a manatee, a sea turtle, osprey, pelicans, egrets, herons, and roseated spoonbills. We also caught a sea robin (fish), which was unique for us to experience.

Make sure to bring sunscreen. Todd did provide an ice chest full of water which was great! Todd was super friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend checking him out if you’re interested in getting some fishing in while in the area.

If fishing in Feb/early March be prepared for windy and brisk conditions. even when the sun is out it can be cool. As a Florida resident I also caution folks escaping the cold to be careful about a sunburn even on a cool breezy day. Fish with Clay- Have a great day!
