It was a great experience. We went day of a worm hatch when most fish were full and not biting but still caught a good amount. Im sure any other day youโd catch a great amount and variety of fish.

I used the app fishing booker i would suggest confirming with the boat caption that scheduled time for trip date is confirmed and available. Great experience once everything was figured out highly recommend skilled casting and 1st mate very knowledgeable.

We fished pretty soon after a moon tide which makes the water pretty cloudy and slows the fishing down. If it werenโt for the moon tide the fishing would have been excellent.

Weather and tide are big factors. Didnt even think about hatches but evidently sea trout gorge themselves just like rainbow do on whatever hatches in the marsh. Something to consider

Other than the crazy heat of August Iโd say Tybee is a great place to fish. We had a very calm day too!
