The guide was fantastic and put us on fish immediately. It was perfect for my daughter who was a rookie. If you are looking for bigger and more specific type of fish then you will want to choose the time of year that you go out of Slidell.

The environment is beautiful, salt water species, some fresh water mixed in depending on salinity levels means you never know what you.may catch. The lakes and bayous are huge...dont forget bug spray ( though capt. Had some to use)

The weather was windy and rough and our fish catching was 3 fish in the first 6 hours. The capt extended 3 more hours and we caught 18 more....it was a lot more fun in those 3 hours!
