If fishing for Large Mouth Bass, May is a weird time because most of the are in between the Spawn and Post Spawn so they're a little finicky. Still managed to catch some so it wasn't bad.

Wee Cat Charters
A bit early in the season for striped bass but we made it work and found the few that were there. Raritan Bay is popular but lots of space to fish and move around if necessary while being fairly close to the dock so more time fishing and less traveling.
