Took three generations of the Ott's out today for some fishing in the Peconic Bay. They came all the way from Houston, Texas. We had lots of sand sharks while fishing wind against tide. They caught one nice keeper weakfish for the table, had some laughs, and a great day on the water.

This past Tuesday, I took out the Kahill charter. With the smoke from the Canadian forest fires - the scene was surreal. The group got off to a slow start, but we had a steady pick of all species until we found the weakfish. We worked an area for our limit of large weakfish. The group limited out, and continued to catch and release until we had to go in.

This past Saturday I took out the Cohen family. It was a slow start, but we found the fish, and had out boat limit of nice weakfish. We caught and released many more. They also got a nice keeper fluke to round out the trip.
