Fresh Reedsport Fishing Reports

Bottom fishing continues to be excellent, along with the new 15 fish limit for our long leader fisheries. Were also looking forward to our summer and fall salmon season to go into full swing.

Great news they are giving us 15 rockfish per person limit on our long leader fishery’s!

We are currently in between tuna, salmon, and crabbing. Our crab coho salmon season kicks off June 22nd, along with that crabbing should begin to pick up as well in the ocean as the commercial season is winding down. We are currently fishing for deep water Rockfish, with this Fishery you are aloud 10 fish each instead a bog limit of five near shore, and there is no comparison to thaw quality of these fish.

Deep water Lingcod is open until March 31st. We get picky with these fish and make sure you take home big ones, it’s nonstop action, along with this trip you also get nice quality Yellow tail, and Canary Rockfish
