Careyon Charters
If you are a fisherman and have certain supplies you like to use because you want to be hands on i.e. gloves, fishing towel, pliers bring those along. The crew is really helpful though so if you don’t want to bring anything extra don’t worry about.

I highly recommend using a guide/charter. These guys are pros, they know the area well and where the fish are hitting and the right bait to use.

Reel Saltwater Adventures
Better inshore bite than you will get in our neck of the woods this time of year (Maryland) but not as prolific as our trips further south to Florida. Consensus is the inshore bite picks up in September, this time of year off shore is more of a "sure thing" if you want to fill the cooler.

Half Day trip and had a blast. Good weather and best thing was catching fish. Caught some big Reds and was a blast catching. Capt Nick dialed it up!

We had to leave extra early (6:00) due to heat, and that might not be ideal for families w younger kids. We had good fishing, but lots of others nearby had few bites. Other captains were reporting slow activity (via radio) on account of the heat. Our family felt satisfied, but I also feel like we got luckier than others due to the early start.
