It’s a fun lake to fish. If there’s been a lot of rain know that they’ll likely be letting water out which could effect fishing a bit. This happened last year too. Still good though.

Please book a trip with a guide, as bank fishing can frustrate kids, and they may not want to come back. Captain Steve also informed me of the unseen hazards of the lake.
