The rules change and we caught several big red snapper, but they are out of season during the week right now so we had to release them. Different seasons for different fish, but eh weather was good.

We caught some fish but only one keeper. It did rain pretty hard for the first hour that we were supposed to be fishing so that may have played a factor in the lack of bites we saw.

It can be a little hot at the end of June, coming into July. There is no shade, so wear the appropriate clothes and sunscreen. Maybe bring a handheld fan. But he took us swimming and it was a fun time.
