Fishing in Port A in November is great. The weather is nice and there are not many tourists or college kids. Great time to head down to get into some fish before Thanksgiving.

Bring some light clothing that’s good for sun protection and shoes that you can stand in for a while. Squalls can roll in this time of year so make sure you make a decent rain jacket. Patrick had some for us either way.

If using a guide, no need to bring any fishing equipment. Also, be sure to bring your own cooler with you to transfer the fish once you are done. Bring sunscreen lotion, not spray, and sunglasses of course. May want to bring a small cooler with the drinks you want and snacks. Recommend bringing a water proof bag for other items such as your phone or whatever just in case.
