Bring sun screen, plenty of beer, and a positive attitude and you'll have a great time. Listen to the captain and first mate as you hook fish because they can instruct you on how to reel them in without them jumping off your hook before they can be netted.

There are good trips close to the city. Even trips in the inner harbor can have great fishing. Try guides leaving from the inner harbor, Edgemere, and Sparrows Point. All within 30 mintyes of city.

I would just recommend making sure that the weather is right for you, especially if you are prone to seasickness (ours was great anyway).
