First Time Family Charter

10/26/25 Sunday Today we had a morning half day charter. The family charter wanted to try salt water fishing and what it has to offer. We found a nice school of bass that responded to our chum. Most had never caught keeper stripers and caught a few personal bests. We got what we needed and caught and released many for the memories before it was time to go. Today we found big schools of hungry stripers roaming the flats. Our Anglers were hooked up early and often. absolutely outrageous Fishing today!!!!

Follow the Captain’s suggestions, take water, just snacks, layers of clothing and be ready for a fun trip. We took Dramamine the night before and the morning of and we did not experience any sea sickness.

Tide to Field

Winds were moderately strong. We were on a smaller boat so the ride often felt choppy. But this was expected (I had been in touch with Captain Sean leading up to the trip), we never felt unsafe, and in fact, the kids felt the thrill of being on a fast boat in slightly stronger winds.

Definitely wear warm clothes in the morning. It was like 55° and windy. So wear layers so you can shed throughout your trip definitely worth it. We’ve seen whales and seals great experience.
