We did very well! Not every trip will be successful since its called "fishing". There's not a guarantee you will catch multiple fish on a 4 hour trip. We got lucky!!

No Whiners Sportfishing
It was our first time going out fishing in the ocean and in Hawaii; so yes it was a good time for me. I donโt have anything else to compare it to.

Definitely worth it! Be sure to take anti sea sickness medicines the night before and day of. Iโm normally very prone to being nauseous and I felt great the whole time at sea. Our youngest got a little queasy but they were good to let her lay down inside the boat and she slowly felt better. Also, make sure you bring sufficient food/snacks/lunch for the trip.

Jigging takes rhythm and angling skills. So donโt give up or get frustrated. Trust the process, itโs more rewarding than trolling, netting, etc.

The fish that are around Hawaii in February are much more limited and there aren't many tuna or mahi around. We got lucky to get all the bill fish on our trip. But fighting a big Marlin is amazing!

Even so, you might only get a nice boat ride. Donโt blame the crew! Fish bite when they want to,but an experienced crew like this one will get the job done for you!!!
