Be prepared for possibly facing big waves. If you are not experienced or new to Lake Erie, the waves can make sick or just uncomfortable. Other then that you will have a good time and catch a mess of fish. No problems at all when it comes to finding fish. THEY ARE EVERYWHERE!

As long as the weather is good, I donโt think you can go wrong. Seriously one of the best lakes Iโve ever been to/fished. Absolutely beautiful and would recommend to anyone

Just know Mother Nature decides the weather and a trip could be cancelled which happened to us 3x, w/ 3 different guides for walleye, not this smallie trip.. it was rough but we fished !!

Rampage Fishing
Trolling in smoother water would be better, but multiple weather reports were not accurate. Was supposed to be 0.1 meter waves, which I believe is 4 inches. Lake Erie is shallow and kicks up quick. Captain did his best. Ate some walleye when I got home.

Absolutely but one thing I will say if later season it can get splotchy we got lucky with the right winds but was being told early may June into July to catch a lot of nice walleye

Its a great spot. That end of the lake at this time time year (had a lot of Walleye). We went out deep for Lake Trout but timed out. Got our limit of walleye. Did catch a sheep head.
