Donโt sweat the weather forecast until the day of the trip. We were supposed to Gombe rained and blown out and it turned out to be beautiful other then some clouds

There are restrictions on bass and fluke that should be researched before going. Cod is not available at this time, but will be in colder months. The beaches however cannot be beat in the summer.

PrimeTime Fishing Charters
Would have loved to catch some Striped Bass but I don't think we went at the best time of year for them. We did catch a wide variety of other types, however, and several were even keepers!

Yes I would recommend fishing stripers for the first time in May. Jason from the Janie k sportfishing was excellent so was his deck hand both very knowledgeable and both went the extra mile for you to make sure you were comfortable and caught the fish you wanted.
