Wear a sunshine AND a neck gator. I left my gator and hat at home. Will definitely bring them next time. I am not a fan of sunscreen.

Yes. The captain we had was knowledgeable about everything fishing. He ensured we only caught fish that were of legal size and type. He also had sufficient equipment and also various places to fish when any of the places were not yielding any success.

Nothin To It Fishing Charters
The captain told us that snapper season is around end of April and first of May (I think). I caught 4 baby snappers but we couldnโt keep them bc of the season. Also, they get really big so if I was going to book another trip, Iโd look at whatโs in season then go from there. But either way itโs going to be a great time!

Been traveling out of New Smyrna Beach on offshore, deep water sport fishing charters and out of Ponce Inlet for 8 years. Was hoping for a Mahi Mahi (I have caught everything else listed).

Chubby Mullet Charters โ Inshore
The only thing that wasn't enjoyable on the trip is the paid parking where we met up. Not that the $10 paid parking is a problem but it wasn't clear that where we parked was also paid parking. The way the lot is laid out it appeared as if the paid section was for the trucks and trailers. We parked by the bathrooms which isn't in the same parking lot. When we got back I had a $50 fine on the vehicle.. So beware.

We took our family of 4 out with Big Al. We have a 4 and 6 year old. If was very fitting and we had a great time, we def recommend using Big Al for your guide. Next year we will def do a longer trip with him.
