September Fishing Report
The fall mullet run is here, and it has completely ignited the fishing! Massive schools of bait are pushing through, and behind them are tarpon, snook, and redfish feeding aggressively. This has truly been some of the most exciting action I’ve seen all year.
Tarpon have been putting on a show, rolling and crashing bait pods with no hesitation. Snook are stacked up along the beaches, inlets, and jetties, taking advantage of the endless supply of food. Redfish have been just as fired up, hammering baits on the flats and around structure.
This is the window we wait for every year, and it’s happening now. From now through November, the fishing will be at its absolute peak. If you’ve been thinking about getting out on the water, now is the time to do it.
