Trip Summary

This awesome group from Missouri wanted to try something different so theu booked a beach fishing trip with hopes for catching a few Reddrum. Due to there flexible schedule i was able to book them during a major feeding period. They caught 12 Bullreds all between 32-39.5” and multiple other sharks and catfish all in a few hours. That set a new 4hr trip record for total Bullreds landed! All adult reds where tagged and released. Think you can beat that? Book a trip now to get it on the fabulous fall reddrum run!

Rutherford beach was on fire this evening! This group enjoyed multiple big red drum between 36-39”. All Bullreds where tagged and released. The small sharks and catfish where out in force and kept us busy the whole time. We had one big run on the heavy shark rod but it got away while thrashing around in the waves.

Ion and has crew had a great time chilling on the beach and reeling in some great catches. 35”,36” and 38” Red drum where tagged and released. Thay also caught a 4” alligator gar, a small shark and plenty of saltwater catfish. Looking forward to more future fishing trips with this great group of beach lovers.

This family made a return trip with one goal in mind. To get Ben hooked up on a big red drum. So that’s exactly what we did. The beach vibes where excellent and they chilled out and had fun in the sun. The fishing was tough but they remained patient and where rewarded with a nice 38” bull red. They had also recently joined TAG Louisiana to participate in the tag and release program. This big red was there first recorded catch for TAG Louisiana.
