Today's high was 73 degrees and the water temperature was 55 - 57 in response to spring-like temperatures over the past couple of days. Today's catch included crappie (to 13+ inches), white bass (to 17 inches), yellow bass, largemouth bass, and drum. More than 40 fish landed, but all but the largest were released.

A beautiful day on Lake Chickamauga yielded a variety of species, including some nice 13-14 inch crappie. All fish were trolled using jigs and crankbaits trolled at 12-16 foot depths over submerged creek flats in 18-20 FOW.

All catch and release on a short afternoon trip today, so no group fish pictures. Here are a few highlights. The water temperature has fallen to 58 and the lake is down over 5 feet from summer pool. Five species were taken in all.
