Trip Summary

Red snapper season is finally here! Last week gave us a great preview of what's been waiting offshore. We put plenty of trolling fish in the boat, loaded up on beeliners, and picked away at some nice triggerfish. The snapper have been there too—we've just had to let them go. Not anymore. With red snapper season officially open and the weather lining up just right, it's shaping up to be an incredible week on the Gulf. Forecasts are calling for calm conditions and seas around 1 foot or less for much of the week. If you've been waiting for snapper season, now's the time. The fish are biting, the water is beautiful, and summer is officially underway.

Rain showers, thunderstorms, rough seas—you name it, we've seen it this week. Fortunately, the red snapper didn't seem to mind. Today's crew put together a full limit and headed home with plenty of fish for dinner. Summer is rolling along, red snapper season is in full swing, and we're looking forward to another busy weekend on the water. Thanks to everyone who has fished with us so far this season.

Red snapper season is off to a great start! We've been seeing steady action offshore with some nice snapper hitting the deck and a few king mackerel & jack crevalle mixed in. The Gulf has been looking good, and our guests have been heading back to the dock with coolers getting heavier by the trip. Thanks to everyone who has joined us so far this season. We appreciate the support and can't wait to see what the rest of the summer has in store!

Another good day aboard the No Doubt. The weather was nice, the snapper bite was consistent, and this crew put together a solid catch. We picked away at them throughout the day and ended up with a good box of fish headed back to the dock. Not much else to say—just a fun day on the water with a good group of people.
