What an incredible day on the water with Jacek and his 8-year-old son! The young man stayed hooked up all day and showed everyone on the boat how it's done. We covered multiple locations, mixed up techniques, and put together an action-packed trip with several different species hitting the deck. Nothing beats watching a kid light up every time the drag starts singing. These are the memories that last a lifetime. Early Bird Gets the Trout! The trout bite has been firing off first thing in the morning, and croaker has been the ticket. Steve Lopez and the family joined us for a couple of days on the water and flat-out put on a clinic. Calm conditions made for a great day to fish, and the crew took full advantage, boxing a 3-man limit of black drum and trout.
